Things that happen to us in our lives, whether they be current, recent, or a long time ago, sometimes have unexpected impacts, and the attendant thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming.

You can then become sad, confused, angry, dissatisfied, distressed, depressed or anxious, or just feel generally unhappy.

Having a safe space to talk through things with a skilled counsellor can have far-reaching beneficial effects such as facilitating you to come to a deeper understanding of yourself or helping you find ways of coping with your difficulties.

I see therapy as a collaborative exploration; a process whereby we work together towards you gaining insight into yourself, your motivations, and your situation.

I work with a broad range of relationship issues, and I can offer short-term or long-term counselling; working face to face or online via a variety of platforms.

I am based in Tivetshall Saint Mary, South Norfolk.

I am a Registered and Accredited Member (No. 073497) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
